steering weel making a rubbing noise when turning

as above i saw on a site i cant remember which one but it had pictures and everything on how to fix the problem does anyone have a link to the site

mine does this ive had steering wheel off and couldnt see out. glad this came up. help please :D

clean the copper contact on the back off the steering wheel and regrease with lithium grease

it that the little bar thing that is for the horn.its at the bottom on the lefthand side when the wheel is taken off?
