mk3 gti drivers door foobared

unlocked my car today could,nt get in had to climb through passenger side would,nt open from inside either pin is in up position any ideas it,s a 96 r reg 3 dr with central locking help please :cry:

mine done that once on the passenger side but i jus locked it and unlocked it again and it worked
