Drinks holder and passenger arm trims

Hi all,
i have taken all the interior trim out for spraying but i cant get the drinks holder out any ideas? also got the wood effect off of the drivers side door but cant get the others off any ideas?

lift the flap up - there are clips either side

carefully use a screwdriver and prise the handles off as per this thread lol
