rough runner

evening all, got a problem with my 1.8t if annyone could help, was driving normally when suddenly couldnt pull to movertake, which led to the engine running rough and the exhaust emission lamp coming on.would be greatfull for anny help

Best to get it plugged into vag com or a fault code reader then you will know  :wink:

If your car sounds like a scooby/v8 when revving then its the coilpacks, after putting in my new ECU on Sat I blew 2 of them, lucky I bought spares eh? Two minute job to change them tops!
Will always love my mk4 but she had to go...225 Quattro TT in its place....but its still black (she lives on in spirit!)
