Hi Guys, Well £150 is a good price for HT's units. We tend to run a policy on these things though of standing by our price for quality and service. Of course our offer still stands and in reply to an earlier question we supply a kit for the MKII and MKIII at the same cost. Its not good for our industry to keep undercutting each other. Let us know if we can help any further.

Thanks for the interest.

Janspeed mate, do you reckon these offer better handling than the original mk2/mk3 8v set up?
And will it be as good as a spring and shock set up of a similar price?
Cheers

The benifit of a coilover really is the tailored height aspect. Given that they were developed around track based vehicles it gives a firm controlled ride. Shock and springs will tighten a cars handling but they are designed around a more consumer every day user. Were about to launch a High Performance range of shock and spring combinations for the complete VW range. Were confident in our development of these kits that they will offer a very good level of performance comparable to the firm ride of coilovers.

Were not frustrated by HT's units at all. I have as i said very good experience of the units and they do 'just what they say on the tin'. We know the birth of our units came from a different thought process and i think a lot of our users are already realising that.

We are not aware of any new management?!? Unless they have not told us yet  :undecided: :smug:

I really dont know what ones to buy, but if this group buy came together, i would probably get the janspeed ones. If they are £200 posted, as thats what i can get the HT ones for now.

I'm really impressed Janspeed, if I decide to go down the coilover route, I'll be choosing these over the HT ones
I don't mind about a harsh ride, I'm still young!
Any passengers complain...they can get out and walk
