I still dont get the point of these?  why dont you just turn your lights on?

DRL's are passive rather than active illumination ... they point towards other drivers without blinding them

low beam point towards the ground and illuminates the path in front of you

IF SOME ONE, CANT HEAR OR SEE ME IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.

Im sorry, you might aswell paint it flourecent!!!
