Hi all,
Im sure this has come up before but here goes. I changed my wheels for the winter to stop them corroding from the salt on the roads (pic in signature) and although I like them, they make the car look like any other golf and not an Anni.
I am looking to take my car to the seaside in March to take some good pics of it but feel it would be better with the wheels it's meant to have on it and not the Audi ones. If there's a lot of salt on the road from the gritters or the sea, will this corrode my alloys?Or should I just leave the Audi ones on it for the time being and change back when the cold weather has stopped?
Has any other Anni owner had their alloys ruined from road salt?
Thanks Jon
