What are these?

What are these called? One was half missing and all the others are cracked. The car is an 89' 16v.

Yep, cant remember the number, but theyre only like 30p each when i got one.

Think I can stretch to that. The second one in is half missing, didn't find the other half, not sure were it could have gone.

Is there any special way to get them out or do I just force them?

035 133 554  - ''insert for injector''

You need to unscrew the brass part from the top with a 13mm hex head. This is a pain in the arse, as i couldnt find anywhere selling the correct size hex head, so i packed out a 12mm with leccy tape. once you undo that it should all fall straight out. I would recommend replacing your injector seal at the same time for the small expense.
