maybe not the answer you wanted but the only solution, is to strip and get the re-furbed, or re-furb them your self. splitting themis a matter of removing the tyres, unbolting, knocking the rim off with a rubber mallet or if its not budging, sticking it in the oven for a short while.
re-furbing is a pain in the ass due to the intricate nature of the wheels, but is essentially a case of rubbing down and re-painting. at this stage most people would buy new wider rims.
