Anyone know if you can get the Kenwood DNX-7200 to work with the mk5 factory fit CD changer in the arm rest?

Well I haven't bought one yet, just wondering what my options were.  Would be a shame not to be able to use the changer if I did upgrade the HU.

My local audio place says it cant be done. They can make an OEM unit talk to a third party cd changer but not the other way around.

The CD changer is basically redundant anyway if you get a DNX 7200 as it can play DVD audio - basically 100 albums of MP3 on one disc
