Had my car booked into the dealers today, and no doubt it again turned into a crappy experience. What is it with these guys?? Do they only hire people with male reproductive organs on their foreheads
Here is a list of event as they happened..
1. Car was booked in for 2pm. Was totally ignored by all staff... could it be something to do with the old attire i was wearing at the time??
2. Spoke to a member of staff at 2.15 who couldnt find why the car was going in?? Incompotence ooozing
3. 2.35 Checked to see if the car had even moved... of course it was still sitting where i parked it.
4. Told car was ready, taking 50mins more than the original 1hr quoted. Was then told to give it a wash would take another 25mins. Told them to pi$$ off and give me my keys.
5. WAs told that the outside temp display I had asked them to check mean that it would have to go back to them for approx 3days!!!!
6. Got back to the car to find the drivers side parked 8" from another car or like a TWOKer would park. Clearly visible mark on other car where my door had been opened on their car!
7. Got into car to find what can olny be described as dried cum stains on door handle, steering, gear knob, hand brake, passenger seat and centre console
8. Called out the staff to explain to them what had happened. They said the next time the car was in they would ensure it was cleaned both inside and out..
Do you really think my car should ever go back to them to$$ pots!! Although now its booked and I cant wait to give their courtesy car the love it deserves... anyone fancy a track day???
