Another Newbie
« on: 20 January 2008, 12:19 »

Hi guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for keeping me sane over the last 3 months! I just picked up my new GTi last week and it was well worth the wait.

Shortly before I ordered the car I found this website and since then browsing this site has become my daily ritual. It really did make the wait a bit easier.

Oh yeah and you ED30 guys have been making me jealous with your extra 30bhp. VW don't offer the ED30 in Ireland. Must look into getting a remap done to compete with you guys..

Will post up some pics of the car when I get a chance to take some photos (if it ever stops raining!).

Thanks guys.

Yeah I'll have my eyes peeled for yours too. It looks great in the Steel Grey. Is it on Irish or UK plates?
