right whats the plot with classic insurance, how old does the car have to be before it qualifies, and is there an age restriction on how old the driver has to be???

Pre 1973 or at least 15 years old...... You have to be over 25, i think, for most companies.

yeh i thought there would be somekind of an age restriction oh well as im only 19 i will have to wait a few more years  :rolleyes:

problem is the car is only just 14 years old, i think i will give you guys a call anyway cos its an audi coupe that im trying to get a quote on but im at college right now so will do it later  :smiley:

Yeah because essentially your saying your insuring a classic car you will ove and cherish, not a boy racer in a brand new saxo on finance. Therefore your less likely to hoon about and bounce OAPs off your bonnet.
