Scuttle Panel

my dads Mk2 has totally rotted where the plastic bung cover the LHD wiper mounting at the bottom of the windscreen.  apparently, we need a new scuttle panel to cut out the old rust and weld in new - wher ecan you get these panels from and how much do they cost?

euro-car parts - gsf - local motot factors - these usually get stuff like this...

if not, local scappies and take along a grinder or summet and chop the bit out you need from a scapped one and weld that in place...

you could just cut it out and smooth it over. loads of people do this when smoothing bays
