Sigh...pics make me miss mine

V6 roar makes up for it though

When I was looking for reviews of E30, yours was the first I read, Peter!  Thank you!
Now, did you write a review of the TT? How is it compared to E30? And why did you actually sell Der Golf?

We bought a 9 month old high spec 3.2 last October - the almost identical looking one that was in the showroom recently was very high spec...nearly £40k    which is silly money for a TT!

Thanks :) I still lurk here to keep up with things

I traded in the Golf as my fiance and I had three cars between us at that time, and it made sense to go down to 2
She wanted to keep a TT, and a deal came up on a used V6 Quattro TT Mk2, with DSG, magnetic ride dampers, & various other options. Someone had also paid extra for a special order Audi Exclusive colour to get Sprint Blue on the TT (not in standard colour palette) and the deal I got offered was pretty good :)

I'd have another Edition 30 like a shot...trouble is that we need a diesel for her commute, and this TT is just too good to give up

Can't say I ever got excited about the 3.2 in the TT, now the 240bhp 1.8 I did consider.

Hi golfgirl. What good taste you have!

I've given up on nice photos for the time being. We're going mountain biking this weekend so the car will probably end up covered inside and out with huge amounts of mud.

O rite, the TT really looks good in sprint blue, I guess you got yours a good bit cheaper than that then. I seen a sprint blue TT last nite which was a 57 plate so I take it the one from the showroom is sold now. lovely car you have got urself there!!
