I just bought the cam. Didn't get the kit; didn't even get the pulley.

Decided on a Cam
Well after some thought aswell the input from here, I decided to spend a little extra but not as much as some others out there. The Kent GS2H, with pulley.

Ordered on sunday night, the cam was already here when I got home wed afternoon. The pulley unfortunately was not ordered from kent by the dealer who I ordered through! so the pulley and therefore the install is going to be delayed by a week  I'll post an update when I can, quite looking forward to it!

The tuning/timing is the important part; get that right and it'll make a noticeable difference.

Nice choice.

How much did the pulley set you back?

I paid the costly sum of £116.33 inc VAT  but if thats what it takes to dial it in properly then i'd be wasting my time and money not buying it

Can you fit an adjustable vernier to a stock cam that comes with the PB engine?
Is it possible to get more power that way?

The digi engine can adjust the timing to stop knock, it has been said to leave the timing as is since the ecu needs to know. If you have a different cam then you need the fine adjustment to compensate for any variances including having the head skimed. I'm not 100% though, anyone else know?

An update guys

Had my kent GS2H cam and pulley fitted, the info on it said +14hp but I think +10hp is probably a more realistic expectation. I was never going to go wow thats sooo fast! but is it pulling well and virtually no adverse effects at idle. I am still going to make small adjustments to the pulley by advancing 1 degree at a time and checking for improvement. I let my mechanic take her out for a 'road test' and he was impressed by the top end acceleration. I am hoping there is rolling road session coming up in the next few months to get a reading!
