car of the month

just wondered what peeps thought about having a golfgti car of the month. maybe a nice pic on the front page with a write up by the owner. maybe jv could start us off (cos he obviously has loads of spare time  ) and we could build up a data base of members rides. what do ya think???

i never ment it to be anything hard work, just for the mods to maybe pick their fave car on the forum (or even their own) and ask the owner to send them the background, future ideas and some pictures.  
I think owners would be really chuffed about having their car rewarded with a front page showing and maybe encourage people to give ideas and knowledge throughout the forum so that the mods know what each owner is upto and also encourage the friendly forum we know and love

yeah good idea, i vote tvr golf for car of the month when its done, as its different to what every one else semms to be doing(yawn,yawn,yawn!!!) and will be a seriously featured car when its done, lets get in there and get it first!!!!

i dont think it should be open to a public vote as it seems to me there is some serious rigging going on on the site when it wants, i think you should check isp adresses and see how many peeps have registered a few times and ask the question why!!!!!!!!!!

IMO think it should be just "golf gti's".

tvr would be an awesome feature, might help launch him into a mag too..


would be nice if we could vote for the features, but i can see why it might not be a good idea too
