BBS bolts and refurb?

I have seen the wheels below for sale locally, apparently some one has tried to re-furb them with a metal brush  :huh:  any way they are going cheap and i was lookin for some wheels to have a go at refurbing!

my question is where can i get some new blots for them?

also i no the pics arent great but do you think they would refub up nice?

Are you 100% sure they're split rims, they don't look it to me, in fact they look like a bad BBS copy?

couldnt car less if they are a copy mate ... i have some e30's i just liked the look of these ... dont see how you can say they look like a 'bad' copy when i said that the previous owner attacked them with a metal brush  :grin:

Easy - they're a bad copy!

You will struggle to make them any better as it looks like the bolt head will have to be painted too, unless your any good with a tin of Airfix paint and brush.

Save your pennies and buy some real ones!

I would also give advise to not buy them.
All the work to get them 'okay', and it's a not nice looking copy BBS.  In Belgium and Germany you see the real thing a lot, save the money and get something great.

If they're cheap why not. Think they could look reasonable, look lighter than BBS's which your car will love you for.

going for 50 quid ... he also said he may be interested in swapping for my BSA alloys so il see how it goes ;) :)

Lewy you are like some kind of wheel god lol

he sent me some more pics of them and well ... those bolts were plastic  :rolleyes:

plus i dont even think the best refurb shop could get these even looking ok
