Fatest Audi TT gets Edition 30+ Engine.

Later this week Audi will announce the hottest version of the Audi TT. Performance figures are 0-60 in 5.2 secs and a top speed limited to 155mph.

This performance is possible because it runs a mildly tuned version of the S3/ED30 engine that puts out 272bhp and 258lbs/ft torque. Price is around 34,000 pounds before options which makes an Edition 30 seem incredible value.

And you don't have to run around with those chavmeister led 'day lights'.

I think they overhauled the engine a little bit compared to E30. I have no inside info, but I have that feeling for some reason!

have to disagree with that!! they look amazing day lights! like on the R8  how are they chav? a chav would never be able to afford those lights and also would not be able to come up with the same idea as a leading audi designer who designed those lights.

I must agree, I'm a sucker for pretty lights! Those Audi 'day lights' are very eye catching

I'm still not convinced by the daytime running lights

IMO they are an unnecessary piece of bling. If you are going to have headlights - have headlights and not two short strings of council lights.

In fact the more I think about them, the less I like them. If they were uses as spotlights then they would make more sense.

Now the engine -  could we have this with 4wd in the MKVI golf pleeeeaaaase

Sorry the lights are awful. Ok on an r8 (which is massively overstyled) but now Audi have then as options on every new model. They are as Chav as Burberry.
