just going out in an hour to collect my 1991 16v golf, been trawling this forum since xmas eve when i did the deal for the car. It's a fantastic forum....tons and tons of items still to explore. I'm in Newcastle and a bit of a petrol head I got a bike and three other dubz and a tvr. my garage resembles a graveyard of dub bits.
The 16v is in decent nick bodily but there are a few jobs to sort
Clicking in reverse
Condensation near to n/s window vent prolly heater matrix prob
sloppy gearchange
timing chain noisy
bit grungy under bonnet
but all in all a fairly good nick car
anyone in the vicinity shout out
I'm looking forward to seeing a few other members at meets and seeing lots of other vw's
