yep the belt will have to be loosened and re-set properly!  Probably explains the low MPG too, and at a guess I'd say the mobile tuner would have no idea how to tune a digifant properly either!

Even if he did knowe if the base timing was off you'd never get it tuned properly.  Print off my guide and settle down for an afternoons work ;)
