widetrack using mk3 bits

Im jsut browsing wdietrqack stuff.. not sure if youve proted voer your setup, and still need to know the lengths? i could probably tell you tomorrow, if weve got both passat and mk3 rods in stock

Bit off topic but which is the easiest way to do the back? rallye swap?

The rallye rear end is nothing like a fwd mk2, the body is different and the suspension is independant rather than a beam.

Mark made a post about using a spacer on the rear stub axle i think, wait for him to answer!

i forked out for some new passat ones on the end! it would be useful to know though if you can be arsed


i put spacers behind the stub axles but i think some mk3 beams are wider so you could use one of them?

get stub axles from drums..

get them machined flat, slightly below the surface.. to completely flat them..

excort cossies, forget whih, have longer bolts, 10.9 tensile strength.. put them behind, stub on front bolts through, badabing..
