yeah its the heat sheild off the exhaust. it came loose after a trip on the grass!

That reminds me - I had the heatshield between backbox/fueltank drop off at Blyton. I better get that fixed back on or might melt the tank?

hopefully so but nothing sorted as yet. a load of my friends are currently in the process of buying cheap cars for the track so i will try and organise something when they are sorted! one has a 2 litre megane and another has an almera gti. my old golf looks like its returning to the track and i know of 4 other people after a cheap fast car!

There was a cav sri at faldingworth for £350 - dunno if its still there?
