Best brakes you can buy for the money IMO. Super light and stopping power you'll only really get to use when you're on a track. Will need adaptors, but they're easily made up.

what have u got then? 2 front calipers im presuming??

Errr, no - caliper carriers, carrier mounting bolts, hubs and the calipers - everything bar the consumables.

It's not just a matter of swapping the calipers to go from 239-280.

I used Zimmerman discs on mine, which seem fine.  As a mate pointed out vs others they also have holes in the bell which will improve ventilation and reduce heat transfer into the hubs.

The weight and performance of my car means drilled and grooved rotors wouldn't yield any advantage anyway.

ill have them off you then mate do u have paypal? also can u find out the postage to my address which i can pm you...

Sorry, chap, I already got a PM from a guy who lives 5 miles down the road from me asking for them.  I'm not at home for a couple of days, so nothing's happening til then.  If he fails to show at that point then they're yours.

If he does have them it's worth noting that if you get the 256mm 16V set up then you only need the carriers part number 357615125C and rotors to upgrade to 280mm discs.  I *might* have a 256mm set up lying around, too.  Alternatively go have a rummage in scrapyards for Passats - some of the bluff-fronted ones had 256mm front sets fitted, same as the 16V.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

they bolt straight on! you just need complete calipers with carriers, g60 brake lines and g60 discs. the pads are hard to get so make sure you get them with the calipers! in any condition - you must renew them.

they are heavy yes, about 6kg a piece if i remember correctly. hardcore

and they don't fit under all 15" rims!!! g60 steels are ok, i gotta try if they go under g60 sebring alloys. nowai for ats cups
