A hello and some pics from an old member
« on: 14 December 2007, 19:50 »
Hi to all on the board, its been a long time since I have been on the forum.  Still can't remember what my last username and password was hahahaha old age creeping in me thinks.

So long story short, within in the next couple or three months I will be on the look out for a clean 3 door MK2 8V prefebly a metalic bright blue (yum yum) or if a decent one turns up a clean MK1.

This is a bit of a long shot but if anyone is interested in doing a part ex for a super cool one off hand built 50s style hardtail bobber (featured bike in BSH 2 months ago also in Brit Chopper mag) then let me know.

I have included some pics of a couple of my old Golfs (which I still think look f**king uber!!).

cheers

Mark.

just a 1600 but it had some work done to it my a guy here in Leicester that has been working on aircooled bugs and buses for about 20 years.  I just gave him some money and said just sort out the engine to give it a bit of umph, and he did whatever he did (I didn't have time as I was a helping a mate with his bug) and when I got it back I had a smile on my face
