top pic:
big one with brown plug = coolant temp sensor for the 5th injector
small one = coolant temp sender for dash gauge
bottom pic = oil pressure sender, side o head is usually the 0.3bar low pressure warning switch

The high pressure switch is usually in the oil filter bracket, with a yellow wire.  Be aware that sometimes the wire colours are swapped though!
As for your pressure switch, you need to replace one of the 2 old pressure sensors with it.  Which one depends on the type of pressure sender you have, look on the side.  if it has 0.3barish tyhen its a replacement for the low pressure one, if it says 1.8bar ish its a replacement for the high pressure one.

For the temp one, you'll either have to remove the old MFA oil temp sender if you don't mind loosing the MFA display or use a oil sensor T piece with an M10x1 thread so you can rub both together.  The MFA oil temp sender is usually in the oil filter housing, with a black/green wire.
