WHAT SIZE LIGHT BULBS DO I NEED?

Hi I have a mk2 Driver With 4 head lights on the front grill i want to by xeon bulbs to make then brighter becuase they are not very bright at presant i think the big ones are H4's, but not sure about the full beam one? HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hope not because I bought a pair of H3's for the inner spots from power bulbs direct, I'm sure i've seen on these forums that its H3 for the inner spots...

i stand corrected. just had a look at my old grill (quad lamp) which is standing up in the corner of my room

So if i got some of these are they a straight fit into the main lights? or will they not fit in standard lights?

If you can also do the uprated loom  you'll see the extra light from that alone which is about 10% extra.
