Just got my first GTI 16v, mine also feels heavy when turning right.....  :laugh:

mk3 16v 5dr Gti,mintex extreme pads,drilled/grooved discs,lowered,cat back powerflow system,omp panel filter with modified airbox,debadged grill, started prep for spraying, lots to come :D

argh got this problem aswell. does anyone know where i can get a splash guard from? cant found it anywhere.......... :undecided:

Mikester - if its still steering to left, I would have first checked the tyre pressures then the tracking!
A slipping belt affects both sides!

not alway true len, mine did it when turning right on roundabouts only :evil:

yeah mine only does it turning right..never has done it going left!! and its defo p.a.s belt issues

Mine did it both ways! On roundabouts in wet!

mine gets the arse out and giggles at roundabouts :P

but now i can actually control which way it turns now because ive sorted my belts out

i can steer, its just gettin stiffer, probs the belts, and as for round abouts, well, wet or dry i tend to try and get the maximum potential out of my suspension when the roads quiet. lol

mine does it right and left only when wet so i need the splash guard! cant find on ebay, scrappy, gsf etc any ideas???
