never been there myself but i think the general trackday thing is that if someone is being a nob, tell an organizer and they'll deal with it. you do get some nobs who think its their track but on the hole people are friendly. at the end of the day there's thousands of nobs on the road. at least at a trackday you have all paid for the priveledge of using the track. most nobs dont want to pay so stay on the roads if that makes sense.
you dont need balls either. start steady and build up. if you can afford it, get some tuition.
doing trackdays has changed me, even at the level i do it at. i no longer drive like a cok on the roads. once you have driven "fast" on a track you realise you aint driving fast on the road and it has slowed me down. i save it all for the track now!
