I've fitted the ECS dogbone insert which really helps, on my mapped GTi(265bhp) it virtually eliminated it, but on the mapped ED30(298bhp)it struggles to stop it completely but really does help alot.

i had a powerflex dog bone mount in my MK4 GTi and it cured it but the cabin vibration was a pain.
now there was another option and that was to upgrade to the mk4 R32 mount, could this be done with the mk5 R32 mount or are they dif?
what the ECS like any unwelcome vibrations?

....I've got the Neuspeed Torque Insert and KoniFSD's with Eibach Pro-Kit and ARB's, but on my GTI, 250 neddies still slip too easily when the road is damp/greasy. I'm on Eagle F1's. I'm looking into the Quaife ATB (LSD) but it might compromise smoothness - some say it's aggressive.

Anyone any idea how to prevent this with DSG?  Anything I can change?
