She could have at least used ESSO Supreme

I tend to vary between V-power and Ultimate depending on which one I pass. I haven't noticed any difference between the two TBH, although V-power boasts 99ron and Ultimate and Supreme are 97ron.

Gaz i take it you need to fill up all the time with a high oct fuel for your map?
I am going to get a remap after the year and a few of the tesco's have strated selling a high oct fuel now.my tuner was always getting onto me for using bog standard unleaded in my Mk4 gti that was mapped.

yes high octane all the time, when you have the APR remap there is an option for regular fuel or super unleaded, as I always used V-power anyway I went for that one. If you read the handbook VW handbook it recommends super unleaded anyway for the tfsi engine.
