re map

hi got a 2001 1.8 t golf very happy with it got some spare cash at the moment so looking at a re map in the oxfordshire area also looking for exhaust cat back not sure which will fit as heard will need to alter rear bumper also  thinking of upgrading brakes as want to b able to stop with the extra hp think thats it any help appreciated

The 2 easiest/cheapest steps would be to buy the Miltek S/S exhaust with the 'Discreet' (or standard look) tailpipe & the 312mm front brake set-up from the Anniverasry/V6 4M/S3/TT etc,etc.

 For the remap i would go with one of the well known ones revo, Costom code ect ect .Milltek cat back cant fault it at all real nice deep tone  if you do want the exhaust to be visible you will need the v6 4motion rear valance - £48 from vw.

I paid £399 + VAT so £468.

It is very easy to get to. Junction 6 off the M40. Through Watlington stay on that road. Right eventually at Nettlebed roundabout. Signposted to the right with some sort of farm sign. VAG Techniques is on the same site.
