im thinking of de-bumpering my rusty mk2 project... will it fail the MOT?

ermm im not sure as there are lots of mk1's without bumpers so why would it be different for the mk2?

i wouldnt take my word for it, i have been known to be wrong on more than one occasion. if you can tho, will look mad if you do what you say

yeh but for the front just replace it with two bolts and it will be alright

as said it would look shyte though
