Hi Everyone

Just joined as I'm just about to take delivery of a Mk5 GTi on Tuesday.  Seriously good value in Dubai and will have plenty of poke to get out of the way of the psychopaths on the roads here!

Is there anyone else from Dubai on here?  There are a few GTis on the roads here, mainly owned by Westerners, and the Mk5 looks stunning on the 18" rims in the sun!

Cannot wait to take delivery - it's been five years since I got rid of my dog of a Mk4 GTi 1.8T in the UK - will post piccies soon...
