Haha, I have most things Golf saved close to hand. Amazing how much better they look with the centre cap removed.

Thats what i thought when i was desperate to find some pics on the net... but to be honest when i got the car it was the last thing on my mind. I did eventually try removing one of the caps but couldnt be bothered with getting the VW badges to cover the middle bit. In the end it looks ok.. but there are better looking wheels and cars out there.. so whats the point?? I bought it for one reason and one reason only... and that was to drive it!!

I even wonder sometimes that a car is such a big investment and we are always so bothered about what a car looks like.. but we hardly ever get to see our own car being driven. Unless we get someone else to drive it :undecided: and then follow them..

I asked the dealers today if i could have the rims changed and he said he would enquire about it, going in some time next week to pay the deposit for the R32,  the only thing im unsure about is the colour, there are 2 Black R32's, one Blue and 2 On order and then no reds....im seriously considering red but just cant make my mind up?

Blue gets my vote. It is the only colour unique to the R32

The blue is gonna be seen alot considering its unique to the R32...i did have a think about it and did enquire at the garage, there is one already driving around Gibraltar and there are two on order so...there will be quite a few which i dont quite like the idea about

i used to have a red car and it hits resale values big time
i would go for black, blue (shadow blue or dbp) or grey which looks very smart in my opinion
don't get red, you'll regret it when you sell it
