Brake disc
« on: 15 November 2007, 10:03 »
Will a 256 mm disc be to big for a 1989 8 valve?Would I be right in saying that the 256 mm was used for the 16 valve.Got a pair of apec 256 mm discs yesterday, will the calliper fit correctly over these or is the surface area to big? Thanks.

your 8 valve 239 calipers wont fit on those discs, you need 16v calipers and carriers. and i'm not 100% but the hubs may be different as well? the discs will physiclly fit on the hubs but like i say, the calipers then wont fit over them.
