Hi Folks!

just bought my brothers Mark 3 GTi 16v off him to return to the world of moving.

its been off the road for 2 years now, currently sitting with jevney throttle bodies, omex ecu'd.

yeah its not bad. i've an Astra GSi Turbo too which is running stage 4 just under 300 bhp with 330lbft torque, the golf is just a second car lol  its a bit restricted because of the exhaust though. what 4 branch manifold do you lads advise to use?
