well hopefully all my stuff to do the mods will arrive next week, the clocks which i got for £15, and then the leds which are coming from germany....

gotta get the clocks reset to my mileage tho before i fit them, got a guy lined up to do this for me.

also will be busy soldering all the switches to red leds..

Make sure the LEDs you have are 12v ones otherwise they'll just burn out. 3mm 'SB' (super bright) 12v  from Maplins online highly recommended

i did get them on the german site, jus used the links as a example...

just dont folow their instructions.....they are unreal!!

but look like this when fitted... difficult to photo correctly when lit tho!!

i just got blue for the dials and lcd displays

and iv got red for all the switches, found a way of doing the headlight switch but i am thinking of getting the cab 3.5 switch from the deaer but its 70 quid, i can get 15% discount tho now  :cool:

have u changed any of the switches or just left them as ur Green anyway

and what are the instructions like are they in german ???

they have english?? instructions but most of whats they say is pointless!! and I have kept standard switches at the m.o but when/should i break the vento I will then use these switches

That's a really crap picture i took on my phone when they were first fitted (7000 miles ago) and the needles were still white. They're wired upto the dash dimmer next to the headlights and the lots dims which is cool. I fitted the dial rings at the same time. The two gauge bulbs at the top have since been removed, I appear to have left the left hand side in on that pic to see the difference..

Really liking that! I'm going to have to do mine in the future.
