VW Lookers M'Boro
« on: 07 November 2007, 10:28 »
Just to let you guys know, i've used these guys a few times now for repairs and servicing. I have to say the service here is top notch.

My car went in on Monday to get:

- A tail gate light unit replaced
- Passenger side seat repaired (would not move forward when allowing people into the back (3dr))
- Rattle in the passenger side door

They managed to get all those sorted and i picked the car up yesterday afternoon. Have to say they did a great job. Seat now moves freely, no more condensation in tail light, and rattle non existant. I have to say they also soundproofed the passenger side door which makes it a much more quieter ride.

They even gave it a full valet free of charge and i have to say i've never seen the car so clean and shiney!!!!!! EXCELLANT JOB!!!

I did a full check to see if they added anything to the car whilst it was in interms of scratches, dents, scuffs etc but nothing. The car is prestine!

I'll be using them for valets in the future! thinks its £35 for a full valet.

I've used them in the past for parts and servicing  and the service is always top notch. They for my last service knocked off £40 without me asking!

I would seriously recommend these guys. You'll also find the service girl Becky very easy on the eyes

Bit too far for me, but once you've found a decent dealer then you are right to stick with them
