Headlights.

Quick question, do UK MKV golfs with xenons have different headlights as opposed to our european neighbours. I'm quite sure i saw a picture on here which headlights like these:

I think those are hella which make it "aftermarket"...correct me if im wrong any one

According to the retired car technician who has once again disappeared that would also make them illegal?

urm don't Hella make most of the standard headlights anyway??  :huh:

obviously they do a range of aftermarket stuff but i'm fairly certain that they also make standard units too

i wouldnt mind a set...xenons look so much better, the looks and i beleive the actual performance of them are alot better to standard bulbs....

Im too lazy to look myself :grin:
But there have been a few arguements/ conversations about aftermarket xenons... Be it Hella or not... Im not sure. I didnt pay much attention to them.

Our old friend TT....god knows where he is...pray for him to get back xD...i remember him mentioning by law u need to have auto levelers and headlight washers on ur car if u wanted to fit xenons.....not to sure to be honest...it does make a bit of sense to me but in gib ppl dont really follow laws...so...i think im safe  :grin:
