fitted a microscan alarm the other day and i used the main power wire and indicator wires from my old scorpion alarm so i linked the wires up and all is well...... but i have ran into a very strange problem....
i have a duelzone radar with it and i wired this up to the cigarete lighter +wire and i also linked the beeper + wire to this and then i linked
black wire on radar to yellow on alarm which is negative output when alarm is on.
blue wire on radar to brown wire on alarm negative trigger on alarm.
green wire to on off switch which is connected to the black wire on the beeper.....
with it wired like this i should expect it to work but it didnt the beeper was on all the time........until i turned it off at the switch............
is this something to do with the power wire for the radar and beeper......i linked a feed from the cigarete lighter....... is this right.........i thought as long as i get power to it it shouldnt make any diference........
any alarm people on here!?
