Grey ED30 in Edinburgh
« on: 03 November 2007, 15:41 »
Just back from the stealer in Edinburgh where I was picking up my bottle opener and spare key (took half and hour to code) and also got my three VW wheel badges replaced that had fallen off in less than three weeks!!  Didn't have to pay for them

Anyway there was a grey ED30 sitting there looked like it had just come in recently as had no plates on it - and must say I really liked the grey.  Not as good as black but still looked like a really nice car

My last golf was steel grey and I loved it. Just didn't want the same colour again and now I love the silver

My S3 was silver and I loved it but with the GTI having the tinted windows I wanted the black.  But must admit I think your silver ED30 looks

It was at Western - cannae mind how may doors it had was too busy looking at the alloys they really go well with the grey.  Really looked like it had just arrived as it was at the front of all the other cars and looked ready to be taken in for detailing.

Hope it is yours so that your wait is over

I am in Edinburgh - stealer that sold me mine said that they had sold a white one with a private plate which I have seen once on the Forth Road Bridge but apart from that I ain't seen any others driving round which I think adds to the appeal of owning the ED 30.

Didn't know they did the ED30 in manual?
