You need a proper black or CF badge. If you paint it, it will only end up either peeling off or scratching or chipping off and then it will look  :sick: :sick:

The carbon VW badge has a little bit of shine according to the light conditions but merges sufficiently into the 'blackness' without disappearing.



And before anyone tells me: Yes, I know I don't have wheel centre caps and that someone has cut a slot in my bonnet! :grin:

Don't think I'd fancy the red GTI badge as it has the black plastic in between :sick:

hmm doesnt the standard one have black plastic inbetween also holding the badge together...? im sure it does
only difference in the two badges is the colour

i was looking at that too but its way too much when you add the P&P and the fecking tax  :sick:
