Hi all

Hey hey, im mike, im 19 and from essex, i am picking up my first golf gti mk3 2 litre 8valve 3 door on sunday. Cant wait, i was wondering if there was a thread on here so i can find out things to look out for on the car, faults and problems, if there is that would be great. Im sure i will be on this forum a lot from now on! lol

You can stick to me if you like, i've just got here too and am a bit lost... it'll be like first week of school  :grin: :tongue: lol!
There's a MK3 section on here, sure people posting in there would be happy to help with problems...
Only thing i'd say to look out for is the dipstick coming out and spitting oil all over lovely clean engines.. mine likes to do it a lot, grrr.

welcome to the forum... as dubmuffin said check out the mk3 section... as you go along there are bound to be all sorts of things that crop up that you'll want answers to... stick around and you'll find out all sorts of gems that'll save you time and money.

oi im a puggy fan also, only had typical french problems with my 205 gti
