not really done alot of research on these,  i understand you get some vibration can it cause any other issues?

some report extra vibration, however I have noticed none tbh!
You get a kick when you start it up, but once running its great!

You have to be softer with the clutch, or it will snap your neck :

Best thing I done to my Rallye IMO. Does cause some unwanted sh!t though with being a older car.

Looks like my BBM one too. BARGIN!

There is a solid gear box one that helps to preserve the life of the box.
I think they are great in keeping lift of the block to a minimium.

hey quick hijack, in preperation for my G60 im getting new mounts, the ones ive saw solid of upawards of £100  .. the others i see tend to be standard, would it be ok to replace the front on with a solid and just use standard rear and gearbox G60 mounts? or will i be changing them every 6 months?

Solid front, standard ones rear, the solid front stops the engine rocking on the back mounts IIRC, and helps protec/prolong their life
