One thing I did notice was that when I accelerated quite hard in both S and D Modes, the turbo sounded quite wheezy and I haven't noticed that before.  I'll keep an eye on it for a few weeks and if it gets any worse then I may go to the dealer.

No drop off in performance with the wheezy noise?

I filled up this morning at BP...£1:08.9 a litre :cry:

Filled up today and it was £1.03p per litre, attendant told me that only west brom shell had the offer, screw that i aint travelling to the other side of birmingham for cheap petrol :rolleyes:

From the user comments it appears to be just some garages. Thats a shame. Theres 2 garages near me and both had the offer on today. They told me they will be repeating it in 3 weeks  :smiley:

Maybe the Mk5 drivers on this forum should organise a visit to one of the Shell stations in your area in 3 weeks then  :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:  Imagine the look on the cashier's face  :shocked:

DAME You Shell i filled my tank from fumes on sunday!! 55 quid!! im sure its not that big a saving anyway, but isnt V-power the best fuel, i did 2000 miles last month and started on tescos super unleaded, then stopped at a BP for ultiy and it was a little down i thought but nothing major them i stopped and filled at a shell garage and with in 10 miles she was a different car, yes its a MK 4 but shes Revo'd and Rapped!!    :rolleyes: :laugh:

I agree!! i find the tescos stuff make the car run alot better... and its only 99.9p where I am... thats a bargain!!!
