is the vw badge on the front of the gti the same as the mk4 golf, lupo etc?

Why dont you measure the badge on your GTI and then go find a polo and measure its badge? The dam polo's are everywhere lol

The Polo and Mk4 that was in the parking lot was 12cm X 12cm and I just pmed the parts guy at my dealer for the parts number for both the polo and Mk5
