adding OEM bluetooth
« on: 23 October 2007, 14:29 »
Hello all,
I'm a newbie here, but thinking of adding the premium bluetooth kit to my 57 reg candy white (the best colour ) GTI.
This is the kit that is available for the SEAT Leon, and Skoda, and seems to be compatible with the VW as well.
However I will need some help programming with a VAG Com.  Is their anyone local to Hertfordshire, specifically Hemel Hempstead that has one and could give me a hand??

Thanks,
Nigel

Cheers Joe, no pics at the mo, anyway she's filthy at the moment, not at her best  :embarassed:
It's a 5 door, DSG,  wanting to add the bluetooth and an RNS 510 sat Nav, but can only afford the bluetooth for now .

I've got a small claim to fame with VW as well.  My wifes car, a red Mazda MX-5 Coupe, was used in the GTI advert 'the great pretender'  her car was the one he gets into while looking longingly at the GTI.  Nice ad, plus got us some beer money.

Cheers, for that link, but I dont need help installing the kit, or getting the parts, just need someone with a Vag com and a little spare time to program the car once it's installed.
