Could someone with a standard GTI measure their front anti-roll bar with external calipers and let me know the measurement please?

I would bug mine but i have been bugging him all week for the specs on a fuel filler cap for a MK1.
(We have the cityGolf Range and it uses similar parts)

Dont think he would be appreciative
