ahhhhhhhh f**kin bleed nipples

ahhhhhhh  :cry: :cry: right iv got a 1990 (h) 1.6 driver and i have renewed the brake lines but the bleed nipples on the front callipers have snapped because they were rusted solid  :cry: :cry: :cry: so what are my options drill and tap????? or do i need a new calliper also the rear bleed nipples look rusted am i just as well to replace the cylinders as im sure they are cheap?? or should i try and get them off somehow???

this happened to me a few years back on a fiesta and to get mine out i hammered a torx socket into the snapped bleed nipple abd it came out no probs but cant guarantee it will work but worth a try
if that dont work drill and stud extractor but be carefull with drill it could go in too far and then the bleed nipple would not seal properly

push your caliper piston right bk to release all air hold bk with a g,clamp and bleed throu break pipe

Find a drill bit that is just a tad smaller than the thread then slowly drill untill you can peel back what swarf is left. If your lucky enough the thing will drop out when you put the drill in reverse or if you have enough tip left saw a cross section and get a tad bit of heat behind it then freeze spray, then old fasion screw driver if the wedges are deep enough.
If its buggered tat yards!
